In the second version, Teresa made this menu because her son encouraged her to make a special menu to treat the guests. Another version said that one day she ordered the chicken, but only the wings part left. Well, because all that’s left is the wings, Teresa’s husband asked her to turn the existing ingredients into delicious food.

Each region has its own way of making chicken wings into delicious snacks. In Peru, the regular chicken wing flavor menu is lime juice, bay leaves, red chili powder, garlic, cumin, paprika, sauvignon blanc, and olive oil. Unlike in the United States, Peru’s people choose to grill it over charcoal. Then, they sprinkle it with fresh thyme stalks, sea salt, and black pepper.

What do we need for baked BBQ chicken wings?
Chicken Wings – the recipe uses eight chicken wings. You can divide them into 16 pieces. The chicken wings are the most favorite chicken part because the skin is very crispy. Moreover, the bone texture of this chicken wing is also the softest and smallest.
Barbecue Sauce – everyone has their preferences on BBQ sauce whether it be tomato-based or vinegar-based. Just make sure you know the taste of the sauce.
Flavorful sauce – beside barbecue sauce, you need Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and ketchup. This will add sweetness and chewiness
Vegetable Oil and Black Pepper – For a little hot and smoky, you can add pepper. Also, you need a little vegetable oil to tie everything together and make it smooth and shiny.
How to Make Baked BBQ Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.
Combine all the sauces on a bowl.
Add it to chicken wings. Then add black pepper.
Stir to combine.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil. Stack the wire rack on the baking tray.
Line the chicken wings on the wire rack.
Bake for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven. Spread the chicken wings with the remaining sauce from the bowl. Bake again for 20 minutes.
