Beef stew with its creamy and warm feeling in the mouth just perfect for the winter season and do not forget the nutritions from beef and veggies. Not only incredibly flavorful, but this dish is also healthy and simple to cook. Tender beef, melt-in-your-mouth potatoes, and carrots in a rich broth–this could be the best and easiest beef stew you’ve ever made.

Ingredients of Beef Stew
The beef main ingredients: Beef Tri-Tip cubed, Carrots cubed, and Potatoes cubed. That’s all
For the herbs Onion, Garlic, All-Purpose Flour, Dried Thyme, Bay Leave
The seasoning Salt, Beef Broth, Black Pepper, Cooking Oil, Granulated Sugar.
How to Make Beef Stew
First thing first, let’s make the beef browned first to avoid the beef being undercooked and smelling fishy Heat pan over medium heat. Cook the beef with salt, black pepper, and flour.
Then, stirring until browned all over, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove to a large bowl. set aside.
The next step is to Transfer the beef to a bowl, set it aside. Then, Heat oil in the same pan, sautée onion, and garlic until fragrant.
Add flour and toss to coat. Shake off excess flour back into the bowl and reserve. Add cooked beef, beef broth, dried thyme, bay leaves, and sugar.
then, Add the onion to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
Next, Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and just starting to brown for about 5 minutes. Insert the tomato paste, stir to coat the onion, and cook until the raw flavor has cooked off about 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn the heat to low and simmer. wait After 15 minutes, next add in potatoes and carrots and simmer again for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
mostly the last step, Sprinkle in the remaining tablespoon of flour and cook, stirring occasionally, until the raw flavor has cooked off, about 1 minute.
After 1 hour, turn off the heat and serve the beef stew in a bowl.

- 7 oz Potatoes cubed
- ½ Onion
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 4 cup Beef Broth
- ½ tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Bay Leave
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
