Now, I’m making this Chicken Alfredo Pizza which is super simple and quick to make! just 10 ingredients and you can have it on the table in less than 30 minutes! All of them of course a crowd-pleaser and my forever son’ favorite food!

I find great pleasure in both making and eating pizza, especially when the recipes are straightforward yet delightfully satisfying. This Chicken Alfredo pizza is just that—a real crowd-pleaser with just a few simple ingredients.
My son absolutely adores pizza—it could easily be his meal choice daily if I let him. While I’m a big fan of pizza myself, every now and then, I crave something a bit different. That’s why I want to share this Chicken Alfredo pizza on a crust. 🍕

This recipe might seem a bit upscale, but trust me, it’s incredibly simple to put together. It’s my go-to when I have some leftover chicken to use up. Plus, it’s perfect for a fun family pizza night. Just grab a couple of ready-made pizza crusts and let the kids have fun adding their own toppings!

You can top a white pizza with nearly anything—from caramelized onions and fresh tomatoes to Italian sausage. For this particular recipe, I opted to top a white pizza with shredded white meat chicken. As simple as this recipe is, the secret to an extraordinary homemade pizza lies in the quality of the toppings.
Chicken Alfredo has always been a favorite of mine; it’s a classic, rich in flavor, and irresistibly creamy! Ready to make an amazing Chicken Alfredo Pizza at home? Follow this easy guide to create a pizza that could rival any you’d find at a restaurant.
Ingredients of Chicken Alfredo Pizza

- Pizza Dough; I have made homemade pizza dough before, In case you want to make it just click here, or you can buy a bought-store pizza dough some from a local bakery.
Alfredo Sauce; you can swap the homemade Alfredo sauce for store bought if you’re in a pinch
- Garlic, minced; Minced garlic will give your sauce the best savory flavor, However, if you don’t have it now, garlic powder works great too!
- Butter; I use unsalted butter here, feel free to use salted butter based on your preference. Butter adds a delicious creaminess and rich flavor to the alfredo sauce!
- Flour; Adjusts the consistency of the alfredo sauce. To make it thicken
- Heavy cream; This is what makes the sauce so thick and indulgent. You can also use half-and-half or whole milk as a substitute.
- Grated parmesan cheese; This is the key to creamy, cheesy sauce with the best flavor! Parmesan gives the Alfredo sauce a nutty flavor. The melted cheese also adds richness and body, helping the sauce achieve a creamier consistency.
- Shredded mozzarella cheese; No pizza is complete without some melty mozzarella! Use freshly-grated mozzarella if possible. It has much better flavor and melts more easily than what’s available prepackaged at the store.

Topping
- Chicken breast filet, cooked and cut into small pieces.; not feeling chicken tonight? Cooked, crumbled Italian sausage is a great swap, or leave it out and up the bacon! You can use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken from a Sunday roast to make this pizza. Rotisserie chicken makes this pizza a breeze to prepare! You can buy and shred it ahead of time and keep the shredded chicken in the fridge until you’re ready to make your pizza.
- Mozzarella cheese; Shredded mozzarella is a classic pizza topper. It gives the pie a golden-brown, bubbly finish.
How to Make Chicken Alfredo Pizza

First, prepare a skillet and melt butter over medium heat. This is where you’ll build the flavor foundation of your Alfredo sauce. Sauté garlic and onion until they become fragrant and translucent, ensuring the raw edge is cooked off. Then add flour to help thicken the sauce later.

Then, pour in the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan. Stir continuously until the sauce is smooth and begins to thicken slightly. This creamy mixture will form the rich base of your pizza topping.
Next, transfer your dough to a baking mat. Use a rolling pin to roll it out to your desired thickness. This step determines the crust’s thickness and overall texture of your pizza.

After that, transfer the rolled dough to a pizza pan. Prick the surface with a fork to prevent bubbling and ensure an even cooking of the dough.

Now, pour the Alfredo sauce over the pizza dough and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon or a spatula. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously and distribute the cooked chicken evenly on top. This layering ensures every bite is packed with flavor.
Then, bake the pizza at 200°C (about 400°F) for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. The high heat helps to crisp the crust while melting the cheese perfectly.

- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Haevy cream
- ¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
Topping
- Chicken breast filet, cooked and cut into small pieces.

Instructions
