  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Tofu skin
To seal the roll
  • 1 Egg, beaten

How to Make Chicken Shrimp Beancurd Roll

First, prepare a chopper and add the garlic, shrimp, and chicken thigh filet. Then, chop until the mixture is not too fine.

Second, transfer the mixture to a medium-sized bowl. Add the sliced green onions, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mushroom broth powder, pepper, sugar, egg, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

After that, taste the mixture by steaming a small portion of it and adjusting the seasoning if needed.

Then, cut the bean curd sheets into approximately 12 x 12 cm squares.

Place the filling at the bottom of each square.

Fold the bottom up, then fold in both sides, brush the top edge with the beaten egg, and roll it up. Repeat this step until all the filling is used.

Lastly, prepare a steamer and add a little oil to prevent sticking. Steam the rolls for about 10 minutes.
