It’s the heart of the drink, providing earthy depth, antioxidants, and a gentle caffeine boost.
- Heavy Cream; This forms the base of our matcha cold foam. Heavy cream is key to creating that rich, creamy consistency. You can also use a vegan version to make this drink completely plant-based.
- Water; Mixed with matcha to create a smooth paste.
- Honey; This is optional as a sweetener since coconut water is unsweet, so do matcha. Moreover, Matcha has a bitter aftertaste. For an alternative, You can use white granulated sugar or liquid sugar too.
- Coconut Water; This is the base of your drink, keeping you refreshed and hydrated! I use an instant coconut water with 99% of natural coconut water. Adds a tropical twist and balances the creamy matcha cloud with a lighter base.
