Cranberry mocktail is so easy to make! Refresh your summer with these fresh and fizzy non-alcoholic cocktails. This mocktail is also a perfect drink for a party that everyone can enjoy.
WHAT GOES IN CRANBERRY MOCKTAIL?
Before we get started, we need the ingredients to make these cranberry mocktails. What we need is only 10 oz cranberry frozen, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1-liter soda water, and ice cubes. You can add mint leaves too for garnish and make it look fancier.
So easy, the hardest part is waiting for the cranberry sauce to cool down!
LET’S MIX THEM!
As a first step, we will make frozen cranberries into the sauce. In a saucepan, heat the frozen cranberry and granulated sugar over medium-low heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Then turn on the heat to medium-high, mash the cranberry while stirring and bring the cranberry mixture to boil until the sauce is thickened. And then turn off the heat then transfer the sauce to a bowl and let it cool completely. Last, add about 2 tsp cranberry jam and ice cubes into a glass then fill it with soda water.
