- Cubed Strawberry
- Sugar
- Milk- I use Ultra-high temperature, or UHT milk. If you are lactose intolerance or a vegan, almond milk or soy milk would be great options to!
- Ice cube
Steps to Make Korean Strawberry Milk
To make this Korean strawberry milk first thing first is wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems.
After the strawberry clean, puree the 1½ cup strawberry with a hand blender.
Next, place it in a small pot and combine the strawberry with sugar. Of course, sugar can be added or adjusted based on your taste.
After that, heat the strawberry mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil. then, let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add cubed strawberry and let it simmer again for 3 minutes.
please keep stirring to prevent it from burning. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Next, place half of the strawberry puree into each glass and swirl it around to make a pattern. Then, add ice and milk. and yes, Your drink is almost ready.
