Bring Indonesian-style dining to your table with aromatic Kaffir Lime Rice; fluffy, fragrant, and citrusy! Take a look at my picture, I serve them complete with Fried fish, anchovy sambal, and basil (as lalapan).

1. Remove the midrib from the lime leaf and slice thinly. Heat oil over medium heat and cook sliced lime leaves and smashed lemongrass for 2 minutes.

2. Add rinsed rice to a inner pot of rice cooker then add all the ingredients to the pot, close the lid, start the cooker and let it cook until it switches to the "warm" setting. Once done, let the rice rest for about 10-15 minutes, then fluff it with a rice paddle or spoon before serving. 3. Serve warm with ayam goreng and sambal anchovy. Enjoy!
