Featuring light milk bread rolled with creamy mayonnaise sauce and topped with shredded beef floss, it’s perfect for breakfast, snacks, or even as an appetizer for family gatherings like arisan. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt and milk powder. 2. Add egg and cold water then knead with a hand mixer until well combined. 3. Add butter and knead again until windowpane. 4. Round into a ball then place it in a bowl, cover with wet cloth and rest it for 30 minutes. 5. After 30 minutes, sprinkle flour on working surface then roll the dough with a rolling pin into 28×28 cm rectangle then transfer the dough to a a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Prick the entire surface of the dough with a fork then brush it egg wash and sprinkle with red pepper, green onion and sesame seeds. Cover and rest it for an hour.

7. Preheat oven to 356℉ or 180℃, then bake the bread for 17-20 minutes. 8. While the bread is being baked, make the sauce by combining mayonnaise and condensed milk in a bowl and set aside. 9. When done baking, remove the bread from baking sheet and remove the parchment paper and cool it until it is warm. 10. Spread the mayonnaise mixture then sprinkle with beef floss all over the bread then roll it. 11. Push the bread with metal ruler with one hand and pull the bottom of the parchment paper with other hand then let it sit for 10 minutes. 12. Cut the bread into six then spread the edges with mayonnaise mixture and beef floss 13. Serve and enjoy!
