Cheddar Soup 1. Melt butter in a pan or saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute. 2. Pour in the milk while continuing to stir, cook and stirring constantly until the mixture is thicken. 3. Add in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan then stir and cook until the cheese has melted. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Broccoli Potato Soup 1. In a pot, melt butter and sauté carrot and onion for 3 minutes. Add in garlic and sauté for 1 minute longer. 2. Pour water then add potato, chicken stock powder, salt and paper. Stir to combine and boil for 10-15 minutes.

3. After 15 minutes, add broccoli and dried thyme then cook 5 minutes longer. 4. Pour the cheddar mixture into the pot and stir until well combined and remove from the heat. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
