Brulee Bomb is a modern variation of the popular snack that uses flour-based dough as the main ingredient replacing potatoes. In this version, the dough is formed into balls, filled with various savory fillings such as sausage or cheese, and then fried until crispy. Bread crumbs to coat the outside of this dish. This dish is generally made from potatoes, some variations use other ingredients such as all-purpose flour. This version offers different textures and still provides an engaging culinary experience. All-purpose flour allows for a smoother and softer dough than the potato version, so this Brulee Bomb has a lighter texture but is still appetizing.

3. Prepare a frying pan and add butter. Heat over medium heat until melted. Add the flour and cook until the raw flour smell disappears. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. 4. Once the mixture is smooth, add 3/8 cup cheese and the seasoning, stirring until well combined. Then add the previously sautéed sausage and onion and cook until the mixture no longer sticks to the pan.

1. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes fragrant. Then add the sausage pieces along with the minced garlic. 2. Continue to sauté until the sausage is fully cooked and the onion is lightly browned.

5. When the mixture is fully cooked, transfer to a bowl and cool before shaping. 6. Next, continue shaping and coating the mixture. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a bowl. Fill each bowl with melted cheese or mozzarella and round off. 7. Coat the shaped balls with flour. You can place them in the freezer for a while before coating. Dip each ball in the beaten eggs, then dredge in flour again. Dip them in the eggs again before coating them in breadcrumbs.

8. The brulee bombs can be fried immediately in oil over medium heat until golden brown or they can be stored in the freezer as a stock for later use!
