1. Marinade prawns with juice of lime for 15 minutes. 2. Blender onion and black pepper until smooth.

3. Heat a pan over medium heat then add butter and sauté onion and black pepper blend for a minute then add shallots and garlic and cook again until the shallots and garlic are tender. 4. Add in the marinated prawns and the rest of the ingredients, stir and cook until the prawns are cooked or for about 5 minutes. 5. Transfer to the serving plate and garnish with a rosemary and serve.
