1. Preheat oven to 400℉. 2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned then drain the grease. Add onion, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and chilli powder. Stir to combine.
3. Add worcerstershire sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomato. Stir again. Add macaroni and beef stock, cover with lid and cook until pasta al dente. Add sour cream and milk, stir until well combine. 4. Transfer half of hte beef and pasta mixture to a casserole, sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Pour the remaining beef and pasta mixture and add mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
