Cheesy Chicken Nugget is a dish that combines soft chicken meat with a crispy flour coating and melted cheese as a filling. When we bite into it, the melted cheese inside immediately melts. This also makes the texture of the dish soft and creamy.
1. Ground chicken using food processor until smooth then add rest of the chicken nugget ingredients then grind again until well mixed. 2. Cut cheese into 15 pieces. Shape about 25 g each nugget mixture into round balls and continue until all the mixture is used.
3. Spread the round shape dough, and add the cheddar cheese inside. Carefully close the dough and shape it to a round shape again. Make sure that the cheese is well covered. 4. Coat the nugget mixture with bubble crumbs then fry it over low heat until nice and golden. 5. After the chicken nuggets is cooked, rest it on a cooling rack to remove excess oil. 6. Serve and enjoy!
