Chicken Shrimp Beancurd Roll is a delicious dish often found in Asian cuisine. This dish has the perfect combination of chicken, shrimp, and soft tofu skin. Each bite offers a unique texture and rich taste, making it a favorite on many dinner tables at restaurants and at home.

1. Prepare a chopper and add the garlic, shrimp, and chicken thigh filet. Chop until the mixture is not too fine. 2. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized bowl. Add the sliced green onions, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mushroom broth powder, pepper, sugar, egg, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

3. Taste the mixture by steaming a small portion of it and adjusting the seasoning if needed. 4. Cut the bean curd sheets into approximately 12 x 12 cm squares. 5. Place the filling at the bottom of each square. Fold the bottom up, then fold in both sides, brush the top edge with the beaten egg, and roll it up. Repeat this step until all the filling is used. 6. Prepare a steamer and add a little oil to prevent sticking. Steam the rolls for about 10 minutes. 7. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
