Ingredients – 2 large Chicken breasts – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup Flour – ½ tsp Chili powder – ½ tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Salt Sun Dried Tomatoes Sauce – 41 g Sun dried tomatoes – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese – ½ cup Heavy cream – 1 cup Spinach – 3 cloves Garlic – ¾ tsp Chili powder – ¾ tsp Black pepper – ¾ tsp Salt

1. Mix all the dry seasoning for chicken breasts until evenly distributed. 2. Coat the chicken breasts with the dry seasoning mix. 3. In a pan fry, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. 4. Fry the chicken until golden and nice. 5. After the chicken breasts are cooked, turn off the heat and set aside.

Sun Dried Tomatoes Sauce 1. Stir fry garlic using oil that is used to fry chicken breasts in medium heat until golden. 2. Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream. 3. Then add parmesan cheese, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly distributed. 4. Add spinach then stir gently until the spinach wilts. 5. Add the cooked chicken breast, then mix the chicken with sauce. 6. Turn off the heat then place the chicken with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes parmesan sauce into a plate.
