1. Pierce the back of the head to the tail with a skewer until the fish's body curves. meanwhile, then cut meat into cubes-sized 2. Then marinate the fish bone and meat with lime juice, salt, and pepper. let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. 3. In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. stir until evenly mixed

4. After 15 minutes, take it out of the fridge and add ¼ cup of dry mixture and 2 tbsp water to the marinated fish. stir until combined 5. Next, put the cubed fish one by one in a dry mixture. make sure the fish is evenly spreadly coated. do it in batches 6. Heat oil in a pan until it's very hot, and fry the bone and meat fish until golden brown in several batches. then, remove and drain

3. Add seasoning salt, pepper, mushroom powder, and brown sugar. stir again and pour water and pineapple into the sauce mixture. cook until boiled 4. Add the cornstarch solution then cook until the sauce thickens turn off the heat 5. Arrange the fish bone on a plate, arrange the fish meat on top, and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce
