1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375℉ (190℃). 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until completely browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. 3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, stir to combine then remove from the pan and allow the mixture to cool.
4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, stir and set aside. 5. Lay down the flour tortilla on a surface, distribute the meat evenly over each tortilla then top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. 6.
