1. Heat fresh milk over low heat until it reaches 80℃ or 180℉. Remove from the heat and lower the temperature until it reaches 40℃ or 104℉. 2. In a small bowl, add ¼ cup of warm fresh milk and mix it well with greek yogurt.
3. Pour the greek yogurt mixture to the rest of the warm fresh milk and stir until well combined. 4. Transfer it to a airtight jar and cover it with towel and rest it on room temperature for 8-12 hours. 5. After 12 hours, you can serve it or strain it with a cheese cloth for a thicker yogurt and store it in a fridge.
