Ifumie is Indonesian-Chinese fusion food. A crispy deep-fried thick noodle dish, served in a luscious, flavorful sauce, features succulent seafood, perfectly complemented by a medley of fresh vegetables. Try this different serving of noodles that gonna blow your mind!

1. Prepare a pot of water and boil the egg noodles until they are cooked.  2. Heat some oil in another pan and add the cooked noodles. Shape them into a round form and fry until they become crispy. 

3. Sauté dried shrimp, garlic, shallots, curly red pepper, and onion until fragrant. 4. Add shrimp, fish balls, carrots, and baby corn. Cook until the carrots and corn are halfway cooked, then pour in the water. 5. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, mushroom powder,sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

6. Add baby bok choy and beaten eggs, and stir until well combined. 7. Pour the cornstarch mixture, stir, and cook until it thickens slightly. Then, sprinkle with scallions. 8. Arrange the fried noodles on a plate, then pour the vegetable mixture on top.
