1. Beat egg and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well. 2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt then mix well.
3. Peel and halved the apples then slice using a mandolin. Transfer the sliced apple to the batter then fold with a rubber spatula until well coated. 4. Transfer it to a prepared loaf pan and arrange the last layer for a decorative pattern. Bake at 350℉ for about 1 hour. 5. Cool completely before slicing and garnish with cream. Enjoy!
