1. Pat dry all the fruits with a paper towel and set aside. 2. In a bowl beat whipping cream with a hand mixer until hard peak.
3. Line a piece of bread on your working surface, spread evenly a little whipped cream on top of the bread. 4. Arrange 5 strawberries on the edge and center of the bread, then 4 strawberries on the edge and kiwi on the center of the bread. 5. Spread more whipped cream on top of the fruits to fill in the gap between fruit and top it with another slice of bread.
6. Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap and draw a line with a marker to mark a cut line. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 7. After 1 hour, unwrap the sandwich then remove the crust and slice the sandwich in a half. Serve immediately and enjoy!
