If you’re a fan of Korean bulgogi, you’ll love these Korean beef BBQ Spring Roll. Grilled, tender bulgogi beef with lettuce and wrapped in rice paper to seal in the deliciousness and really brings a lot of fresh flavors to the beef! This is the perfect way to get dinner on the table for home party and wholesome picnic meal!

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. 2. Add sliced beef, then stir. Pour in dark soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and gochugaru. 3. Season with beef powder, salt, and pepper. Add cornstarch, Stir again until well combined, then set aside.

4. Prepare a bowl or plate filled with water and the ingredients to assemble the rolls. 5. Take a sheet of rice paper, then dip it in water for a few seconds and place it on a cutting board. 6. Add pieces of lettuce at the edge of the rice paper closest to you. 7. Take the side closest to you and fold it over the ingredients once. 8. Add the slice beef in front of the folded side. Fold the sides of the wrapper. Then, Roll the wrapper away from yourself.
