Try Loukoumades, A Greek bite-size donut with crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and soaked in sweet honey syrup. Twist them with an extra topping sauce, matcha, cookie & cream, and chocolate sauce, plus sprinkle them with pistachio! You know how good this is, right? No wonder this is such a popular dessert!

1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix milk, water, sugar and yeast, stir until well combined and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. 2. In a big mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and olive oil and mix it until just combine with a whisk. 3. Pour yeast mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until the dough has no lumps and smooth.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for at least 30 minutes or until doubled. 5. While waiting for the dough to rise, make the honey syrup. 6. Add water, sugar, and honey to a saucepan and bring to boil until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat.

7. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over low heat and make and deep fry 1 teaspoon balls of the dough until nice and golden. 8. Remove from the heat and rest it on a cooling rack to remove excess oil. 9. For the loukoumades with honey syrup, dip the loukoumades one by one into the syrup and then place them on a serving plate and sprinkle with walnuts.

1. For other sauce, place loukoumades on a serving platter and pour the sauce and any toppings over it and serve. Enjoy!
