4. Sift the mixture to a pot then heat back for 2 minutes. 5. Beat heavy cream until yogurt like texture then fold with the egg mixture until well blended. 6. Pour the ice cream mixture into a piping bag then pour it into the ice cream mold. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
