Dumpling 1. Using a food processor, blend chicken with shrimp. 2. Add tapioca flour, egg white, garlic, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, chicken stock powder, and pepper and mixing again on a high speed until well combine into a sticky and fluffy paste. 3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.

4. Divide cheese into 8. Make flour mixture: combine 1 tsp flour and 1 tbsp water on a small bowl. Set aside. 5.
