– ¼ cup Cornstarch – 3 tbsp Creole Seasoning

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the marinated ingredients with chicken wings. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 6 hours. 2. After 6 hours, heat vegetable oil until it's enough to deep fry the chicken wings. 3. Prepare the breading mixture by combining all the fried chicken breading mixture in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.

4. Remove the chicken wing from the marinated mixture, one at a time. Shake gently to remove the excess, then place it in a breading mixture. Coat thoroughly. 5. Carefully fry 5 chicken wing pieces at a time. Cook until the wings turn golden brown. After frying, remove the chicken wings from the pan and drain them on paper towels. Continue frying the rest of the chicken wings. 6. Combine ground cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl then carefully add the hot oil that is used to fry chicken wings. Mix thoroughly. 7. With a silicon brush, brush spicy oil to the chicken wings one by one on all sides, then place them onto a plate.
