Mozzarella Sticks 1. Cut mozzarella cheese into 3×2 inch and set aside. Whisk together egg and water in a medium mixing bowl. 2. In plate, mixing together breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
