– 2 tbsp Dried Butterfly Pea Tea – 1 cup Strawberry thinly sliced – 1 cup Sunkist Orange Flesh – 1 cup Lemon thinly sliced – 1 cup Kiwi thinly sliced – 800 ml Cold Sweetened Soda – 300 ml Boiled Water for steeping butterfly pea tea – Mint Leaves for garnish
1. In a large glass, steep dried butterfly pea tea with boiled water for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside and let cool. 2. In a serving glass, add 75ml butterfly pea tea, ¼ cup sliced strawberry, ¼ cup sunkist orange, ¼ cup sliced lemon, ¼ cup sliced kiwi. 3. Add cold sweetened soda water until the glass is full. 4.
