1. Score the cocktail sausages in a cross pattern. Cut onion in a big chunks and slice the green onion into 3 cm pieces. 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and cook onion and garlic about 2 minutes then pour water into the pan.
3. Add rice cakes, potato noodle, gochujang, gochugaru, sugar, and soy sauce then cook and stir until the rice cakes and potato noodle are soft. 4. Toss in sausage then stir and cook for about 2 minutes then pour cream and green onion and cook again for 2 additional minutes. 5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of it then cover and let the cheese melt. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
