Sauteed mushroom is simply delicious food that people are not easily bored of. And using garlic and unsalted butter make it more delicious and fragrant. The ingredients are so simple and easy. You only have to prepare champignon mushroom, garlic, salt, white pepper, black pepper, chicken stock powder, and water. The secret ingredient is using unsalted butter because it give very pleasant aroma and taste.

– 4 cups Champignon mushroom – 2 tbsp Butter – 1 clove Garlic – 1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder – 100 ml Water – 1/2 tsp White pepper – 1/4 tsp Black pepper – Salt to your taste

1. Cut mushrooms into two half. 2. Melt butter in the pan over medium heat. 3. Put chopped garlic into the pan, stir until golden brown then add chopped mushrooms. 4. Add water, salt, white pepper, chicken stock powder and black pepper. 5. Stir until the mushrooms are cooked. 6. Sautted Mushroom are ready to serve.
