Sushi Bake is a modification of traditional sushi, but serves it in a different form such as a casserole or baked dish. This dish is a culinary innovation that has succeeded in attracting the attention of many people, especially lovers of Japanese cuisine. Creating this gives a unique taste sensation and texture that is different from Sushi in general.

1. Place cooked sushi rice in a casserole, combine it with rice vinegar, furikake, sugar, and salt, mix well. Spread and press the rice using a rice paddle on the to even it out. 2. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil over medium high heat, fry salmon until nice and golden. Transfer it to a mixing bowl then smash it using a fork, set aside.

3. Slice crab stick lengthwise and chop green onion then place together with salmon. Add mayonnaise, sriracha, sugar and salt then mix well. 4. Spread evenly salmon mixture on top of the rice. Sprinkle and drizzle with more furikake, mayo, and sriracha on top of salmon mixture then bake at 375℉ for 15 minutes. 5. Garnish with tobiko and serve with nori sheet. Enjoy!
