Instructions 1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175℃). 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until completely browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes and set aside. 3. In the same pan, sautee onion then add worcestershire sauce, stir to combine. Add back cooked ground beef to the pan then stir again until well combined. Cook chopped beef bacon for 3 minutes then remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In a measuring cup, combine egg, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper then mix well with a whisk. 5. Transfer the ground beef mixture to a baking dish, then pour the milk mixture over it. Add grated or sliced cheddar cheese then top it with tater tots until covered.
