1. mix all ingredients for the sauce: garlic, grated ginger, onion powder, green onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Stir and set aside. 2. heat vegetable oil in a medium pan, saute onion until fragrant and slightly softened 3. add shrimp and squid, and saute until the seafood is cooked.
