Thai Turmeric Chicken and Noodles combines the unique taste of Thai turmeric spiced chicken with noodles. This dish is popular among Southeast Asian culinary lovers. The uniqueness of this dish lies in the combination of typical Thai spices and careful cooking techniques, resulting in a rich flavor dish.

1. First, roughly chop the garlic, shallot, galangal, ginger, red pepper, lemongrass, and lime leaves intosmall pieces so they blend easier 2. Prepare a blender, throw in all those chopped ingredients, and blend until a thick, smooth paste. 3. In a medium bowl, marinate the chicken with ground turmeric, grated ginger, pepper, soy sauce, and honey. 

4. Heat up some oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once it's hot, add thechicken and cook until both sides are golden brown 5. Toss in the bok choy until just charred on the edges. 3. In the same skillet, saute minced garlic, shallot, grated ginger, and fresh cilantro.  6. Add red curry paste, stir, and cook until fragrant. 7. Pour in the coconut milk, sesame oil, and fish sauce.

8. Add the shrimp, then slide the chicken and bok choy back into the sauce 9. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly 10. Meanwhile, in another skillet, cook up some noodles according to package instructions 11. Once the noodles are done, divide them between bowls. Spoon some chicken, bok choy, and sauceover noodles
