Pavlova is a meringue-based cake with a slight crisp crust, whipped cream filling, and triple berry sauce on the top, making it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A festive dessert perfect for big days like Thanksgiving and family reunion.

Triple Berry Sauce 1. In a saucepan, heat the frozen raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, and sugar over medium-low heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved. 2. Turn the heat to medium-high, mash the fruits while stirring and bring the berry mixture to boil until the sauce is thickened.

Pavlova 1. Preheat oven to 356°F or 180°C. 2. Beat white egg with a hand mixer at a high speed until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, about 1 tbsp at a time.
