Wrap the soft tofu with nori and then cut it into pieces. Coat the tofu nori with cornstarch until it covers both surfaces.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat then fries the tofu nori until both sides are slightly dry. After the tofu nori is cooked, rest it on a cooling rack.
Sautee garlic, onion, and mushrooms until fragrant. Add soy sauce, sweet sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed. Add the fried tofu nori, then cook until the seasoning is absorbed.
Serve and sprinkle the tofu nori with sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
