Lemon Pear Dragon Fruit Smoothies

  • 2 Dragon Fruits
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 small Xiang Lie Pears
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 350 ml Cold Water
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes


  1. Cut pears and dragon into a smaller pieces and squeeze the lemon. 

  2. Blend all the ingredients into a blender until completely smooth.

  3. Pour into a glasses and garnish with grated lemon peel and mint sprigs.

  4. Enjoy!
