Beef mushroom bokcoy stir fry is a quick and easy, healthy stir-fry recipe. Nutritious side dish with protein and fiber in one side dish.
In a skillet add vegetable oil on high heat. Add sirloin beef and cooking for 1 minute each side. Set aside.
Using the remaining oil from the cooking beef, saute shallot and garlic on medium heat for 1 minute. Then change the heat to high, add shimeji mushroom, cloud ear mushroom and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add bokcoy, chicken stock powder, sugar, black pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir and continue cooking until the bokcoy half cooked.
Add cooked sirloin beef from earlier. Stir for 1 minutes. Adjust the saltiness and then turn off the heat.
