  • 400 g Thinly Sliced Beef
  • 1/2 large Sliced Onion 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 cm Grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt & white pepper to taste
  • Chopped Green Onion for garnish
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish


  1. In a pan fry, heat cooking oil over medium heat.

  2. Sauté sliced onion with cooking oil for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Then add garlic and grated ginger and continue to cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add beef, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until well combined and allow them to be cooked for 3 minutes.

  4. Add salt, sesame oil and white pepper, stir again.

  5. Turn off the heat.

  6. Lastly, add chopped green onion and sesame seeds.

  7. Enjoy!
