Sauteed Mushroom

  • 4 cups Champignon mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to your taste


  1. Cut mushrooms into two half.

  2. Melt butter in the pan over medium heat.

  3. Put chopped garlic into the pan, stir until golden brown then add chopped mushrooms.

  4. Add water, salt, white pepper, chicken stock powder and black pepper.

  5. Stir until the mushrooms are cooked.

  6. Sautted Mushroom are ready to serve.

  7. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Chicken stock powder and water can be substituted with chicken broth
