  • 200 ml Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 75 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • White pepper
  • Salt


  1. Heat all ingredients except salt in a sauce pan over low heat.

  2. Keep stirring until all the seasoning is evenly mixed. Give it a taste, add salt if needed.

  3. After the cheese is melted and there are bubbles on the side of the sauce pan, turn off the heat and creamy cheese sauce is ready to serve.
