Healthy Green Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bokcoy chopped
  • 2 cups Pineapple chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar or any sweeteners you like
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
