Shred melon with grater.
First, put half cup ice cubes into a glass. Then 3 tbsp shredded melon, 1 tbsp melon syrup, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp bloomed basil seeds, mint sprigs and lastly water until the glass is full. Repeat this step for another 7 cups.
Garnish with thinly sliced lemon and mint sprigs.
