Beef sausage rolls made from beef with puff pastry. Perfect for snack, breakfast, and party appetizer. Kids will love these delicious savory sausage rolls. You only need ground beef, simple spices, and puff pastry for the main ingredients.

Beef Sausage Rolls

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 30cmx15cm Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Salt and more for egg
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper


  1. Mix well beef, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

  2. Beat an egg and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

  3. Onto the floured surface, roll out puff pastry then slice it into two parts, length-wise.

  4. Divide the meat mixture in two and form a roll, the same length as the puff pastry. Place on top of the puff pastry.

  5. Then roll the puff pastry until it covers up the meat mixture.

  6. Cut the roll into 8 equal parts each long beef roll.

  7. Place the beef sausage rolls on a baking sheet that is covered with parchment paper then brush them with egg.

  8. Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.

  9. When done baking, serve it.
