This Thai iced tea recipe is better than stall bought. The taste is balanced between the sweetness, creaminess and the boldness of Thai tea.

Thai Iced Tea

  • 3 Tbsp Thai Tea Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Creamer powder
  • 125 ml Evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 400 ml Boiling water
  • 2 cups Ice cubes


  1. Add Thai tea leaves into a mug. Add 300ml boiling water and set aside for 3 minutes.

  2. In another mug add creamer, evaporated milk, sugar, and 100ml boiling water. Stir until all sugar is dissolved.

  3. Filter Thai tea and add the Thai tea into the milk mixture. Stir until combined.

  4. Place ice cubes into glasses 1 cup each. Add Thai tea mixture.

  5. Thai tea is ready to be served. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you like it hot, you can rule out the ice cubes.
