In a large glass, steep dried butterfly pea tea with boiled water for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
In a serving glass, add 75ml butterfly pea tea, ¼ cup sliced strawberry, ¼ cup sunkist orange, ¼ cup sliced lemon, ¼ cup sliced kiwi.
Add cold sweetened soda water until the glass is full.
Add mint leaves for garnish.
