Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry peanuts until slightly dark brown.
Grind all the ingredients except water with a food processor until smooth.
In a pan add ½ cup of peanut sauce mixture and water (the amount depends on your desired consistency).
Boil peanut butter sauce on low heat for 5 minutes.
Set aside and put it on a small bowl.
Serve with the main dish.
If the sauce is too thick for you, you can add warm water and stir until combined. You can store it in a fridge for up to a week. Warm the sauce before serving.
And also if you want the sauce to be extra smooth, you can smooth it out with a blender after adding warm water.
