Homemade Chicken Nugget - BTS Meal

Chicken Nugget Mixture

  • 800 g Ground Chicken Thigh
  • ½ tsp Paprika Powder
  • 6 clove Garlic Grounded
  • 1 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • ¾ tbsp Sea Salt


  • 1 cup Flour
  • cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 Egg
  • cup Water
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. With a food processor, ground all the chicken nugget mixture ingredients until smooth and well mixed.

  2. Place the flour and breadcrumbs on a different plate. And mix the egg yolks, egg, water, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.

  3. Shape about 1 tbsp ground chicken mixture into a nugget shape.

  4. Coat the chicken nugget mixture respectively with flour, egg mixture, and then panko breadcrumbs.

  5. Do the same with all the rest of the chicken nugget mixture.

  6. In a pan fry, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.

  7. Fry the chicken nuggets until nice and golden

  8. After the chicken nuggets are cooked, rest them on a cooling rack to remove excess oil.

  9. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
