With a food processor, ground all the chicken nugget mixture ingredients until smooth and well mixed.
Place the flour and breadcrumbs on a different plate. And mix the egg yolks, egg, water, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
Shape about 1 tbsp ground chicken mixture into a nugget shape.
Coat the chicken nugget mixture respectively with flour, egg mixture, and then panko breadcrumbs.
Do the same with all the rest of the chicken nugget mixture.
In a pan fry, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
Fry the chicken nuggets until nice and golden
After the chicken nuggets are cooked, rest them on a cooling rack to remove excess oil.
Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
