In a skillet, heat oil over high heat. Cook chicken thigh until both sides turn golden brown. Transfer cooked chicken thigh into a bowl, set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant then add chicken stock, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined then add heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
Stir until the parmesan cheese is melted then add cooked chicken thigh and cook until the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat.
Before serving, garnish the creamy garlic chicken thigh with parsley.
