Recipe Notes

  • I use skinless and boneless chicken thighs. It is just preference. My family likes to eat easily. Also, they don't like flabby chicken skin. Moreover, if the bone and skin are left, you may adjust the cooking time to make the chicken absorb the spices and seasonings.
  • You can use herbs like thyme, rosemary, basil, tarragon, or oregano to make it flavorful.
  • If you want to use lower fat, you can use evaporated milk. Cashew milk, almond milk, or rice milk are also can be dairy-free options.
  • The chopped garlic has less garlic flavor. If you want a stronger flavor, you can slice the garlic.
  • Give space for the chicken on the pan to make the spices absorb the chicken. If the pan is too crowded, the chicken will have a different taste of the spices.
